I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor
with over 30 years of helping people heal.

Therapy Since COVID 19

I am taking new clients at this time. I offer sessions via phone, Face Time, and Zoom.

With social distancing now the norm, it's important to be able to receive counseling and support if desired.
It can be helpful to have extra guidance as one learns to navigate these unknown and sometimes stressful times.

I am experienced with online therapy as I have been doing these sessions with some of my clients for many years.
For clients living out of the area, for those who are ill and for those who prefer meeting from the comfort
and convenience of their own homes or offices, online therapy has been very effective.

Clients who have previously been coming to my office have learned that online sessions can be equally helpful.

            •     Do you often feel lonely and unworthy?
            •     Do you feel depressed and fear things will never change?
            •     Has some past trauma kept you immobilized and in fear?
            •     Is anxiety keeping you from moving forward in your life?
            •     Have daily chores become arduous tasks?
            •     Are you unable to heal from a significant loss?
            •     Are you in an unsatisfying relationship?
            •     Are anger and resentment keeping you from enjoying life?
            •     Do you feel that no one understands you?

You have the ability to change.

Find relief now.

I create a compassionate, non-judgmental environment in which lasting change happens.
Every person holds the answers to their questions and concerns deep within themselves.
With my guidance, you'll examine the beliefs and emotions
that keep you from listening to your inner wisdom.

Using easy techniques and proven methods,
I will help you clear emotional blocks that keep you from moving forward.

You can gain the confidence needed to live your best life.
