How I Work
I bring a non-judgmental attitude, clear boundaries and honest communication to the therapeutic relationship. This is essential for you to feel safe sharing your fears, judgments, needs and concerns. In a respectful environment you are free to learn, grow and achieve the life you want.
I believe that body, mind, emotions and spirit are equally important in the healing process. I use many different modalities to bring these aspects into balance. I use a cognitive-behavioral approach which is based on the idea that our thoughts cause our feelings and behaviors rather than external things like people, situations and events. The benefit of this approach is that we can positively change the way we think and relate in life, regardless of outer circumstances.
I use proven, easy methods to quickly resolve issues such as anxiety, anger, grief and trauma.
